Object of this contract
This contract concerns the purchase and sale of bottled craft beer and accessories selected by the consumer by selecting products on the site
The goods and services for sale are those described on the pages of the site and may be subject to changes and periodic updates according to production conditions and stock availability.
Prices and product availability
Product prices are indicated on the site and are inclusive of VAT and transport.
Delivery of the goods
The delivery of the goods takes place within the terms shown on the site, at the address indicated and via the courier selected by Bibere Sas.
In particular, in order to preserve the integrity of the product, the delivery takes place through special packages dedicated to the bottles called "secure box".
Bibere Sas has selected for you a courier specialized in the delivery of glass bottles who, at the time of delivery, in order to avoid fraud, will require an identity document.
Bibere Sas will communicate to the courier the telephone number provided during registration on the site at the time of the order, telephone number, which will be used in compliance with the privacy legislation pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. The courier, before making the delivery, will contact the recipient of the goods by telephone at the aforementioned telephone number in order to agree on the day and approximately the expected time for delivery.
No deliveries are made to the floor.
The buyer, upon receipt of the goods, is required to verify their integrity and correspondence to the order placed in the presence of the person in charge of delivery.
If the shipment packaging is damaged, the consumer must accept the package and note this damage on the waybill / transport document.
If the package is presented intact, the consumer must accept it and can sign the delivery receipt also with the words: "It is accepted subject to control".
In the event that one or more products are damaged or do not correspond to the order placed, the buyer, only if he has previously noted the damage on the waybill / transport document, or has accepted subject to control, within 3 (three) working days from delivery must inform, by email, Bibere Sas at the address

Bibere Sas reserves the right to request the return of the damaged / incorrect goods at the expense of the consumer, which must be sent within 15 days of the request for Bibere Sas, under penalty of forfeiture of the right to replacement or refund.
Bibere Sas verified the existence of the damage or of the erroneous supply, at its own expense, no later than 30 days from the date of delivery or of the report, it will also replace the damaged / incorrect products or, if this is not possible, to refund the buyer of their amount.
In the event that the customer contacts the Customer Service after the third working day, he will be entitled to Bibere Sas decide to open a practice in order to replace the damaged / erroneous goods.
The delivery of the goods can take from 3 to 5 working days, excluding islands or areas that are difficult to reach, for which longer times may be required.
The delivery times indicated are not binding and may be subject to variations independent of the will of Bibere Sas
Right of withdrawal
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal no later than 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
This right must be exercised by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the headquarters of Bibere Sas, current in Via Bisenzio, 361 59024 Mercatale di Vernio, Prato.
The communication can be anticipated, within the same term, also by email at email@example.com or at the fax number 0423 64691, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following forty-eight (48) hours. .
The goods must be returned to Bibere Sas intact, in unaltered conditions and complete with the original packaging, at the expense of the consumer no later than 15 days from the notice of withdrawal.
Bibere Sas will re-credit the sums paid within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the registered letter and in any case not before having received the goods and checked the condition of the goods subject to withdrawal.
The costs and risks associated with returning the products will be borne by the consumer.
It should be noted that Community legislation provides that the right of withdrawal can be exercised only by natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activity.
The right of withdrawal, therefore, cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to a commercial activity.
The right of withdrawal also excludes purchases made by resellers or by subjects who in any way purchase for resale to third parties.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
It is also specified that, in the case of prize operations (the so-called promotions), in which the purchase of an asset is combined with another asset that is sold at a ridiculously low price or even given as a gift, the right of withdrawal will be legitimately exercised with the return of both goods purchased, given the constraint of the accessibility of the goods in promotion with respect to the first.
Terms of payment
There are three payment methods:

- Advance bank transfer
In the case of an advance bank transfer, the sending of the order takes place only when the actual crediting of the current account Bibere Sas, which must take place within 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the order, after which the order is considered automatically canceled.
The purpose of the bank transfer must include the order ID, which is issued in the order confirmation email.

In case of purchase through the PayPal payment method, at the end of the order the Customer is directed to the PayPal login page.
The amount relating to the order is debited from the PayPal account at the time of order acquisition.
In case of cancellation of the order, both by the Customer and in the case of non-acceptance by Bibere Sas, the amount will be refunded to the PayPal account of Customer.
In case of cancellation of the transaction, in no case Bibere Sas can be held responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to release the amount committed by PayPal.
At no time during the purchase process Bibere Sas is able to know the Client's financial information.
Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that this data will be intercepted.
No computer archive of Bibere Sas contains or retains such data.
For each transaction made with the PayPal account, the Customer will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.
If the Customer proceed with the purchase with payment by credit card, the reference bank will immediately verify the validity of the credit card, and the subsequent debit of the total amount corresponding to each purchase contract.
The information relating to the buyer's credit card is transmitted via a secure connection directly to the website of the bank that manages the transaction.
Bibere Sas reserves the right to request at any time to Customer additional information necessary for the execution of the purchase agreement or the sending of copies of documents proving the ownership of the credit card used for the completion of the purchase agreement.
In the absence of sending by the Customer the information or further documentation requested, Bibere Sas reserves the right not to accept the order or, to withdraw from the completed purchase contract in the event that the failure to send the requested information does not allow the execution of the order or contract, giving contextually motivated communication to the Customer to the e-mail address indicated by them.
